Hidey ho. I come to you freshly showered, enjoying the twofold relief of being clean and also not having to think about showering again for a couple of days, and wearing glasses that are too tight for my head, but adorable, so Iβm wearing them anyway dadbernit. This is the state of things.
Letβs get to the goodness.
π Our jovial internet aunt for all things government and whales, Sharon McMahon, hosted a gracious and insightful conversation on abortion this week. Itβs saved in the βAbortionβ highlight on her Instagram page, and Iβm gonna say youβll find it helpful and hopeful regardless of your views on reproductive rights. THEN, as if that wasnβt enough, she started a wee lil fundraiser for RIP Medical Debt, with the goal of forgiving 2 million dollars in medical debt. As I type this she has successfully raised the funds to forgive TWENTY FIVE MILLION and watching her reactions as the donations continue to grow is truly heartwarming.

Thatβs all for me friends. I canβt wait to read what goodness youβve found. Are you reading anything hopeful? Have you watched something riveting or hilarious? Any products making your life better? Enlighten us!

That tribalism tweet!! Really got me. Just so so good.
Also, my husband and mom have an age old grits battle (heβs from the North, sheβs from the South), so thank you for letting me egg them on with that grits post. π
This week I watched more 90's chick flicks than I care to admit, one of the most bizzare being a film starring Sandra Bullock called "Love Potion #9" it's on Hulu if you want to watch an odd, and humorous 90's flick about gypsies, hookers, and biochemistry.
